SmartAgro’s first project.
Timber is our pioneering agro-realty project near Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh, on over 50 acres of legally verified land, within easy reach of Bengaluru by road and rail.
Owners hold managed farm plots planted with Indian sandalwood, the long-term crop, and seasonal intercrops between the rows. SmartAgro handles everything from land development to planting, irrigation and harvest.
What we learned at Timber shapes every project since: host-tree planning, multi-source water, and the reporting our owners rely on.
